A recent issue of Weekly Playboy (2009.09.14, Umika Kawashima cover) ran a feature that could be best described as “50 Hottest Female Celebrities Under 15.” Try running something like this IN AMERICA and you wouldn’t even be able to leave the editorial office before an FBI task force descended upon you. But that’s not the point. Among the young ladies featured in this article were the usual complement of music performers, including NOT ONLY BUT ALSO Hello! Project. Anyone wanna guess which H!P artists made the list?
